Load calculation (Manual J)
The engineering math that determines what size HVAC system your home actually needs, room by room. Manual J is the industry-standard procedure published by ACCA; running it before quoting a replacement is the difference between a system sized to your home and a system sized to what's stacked on the truck.
What this means in Kansas City
